Hypothesis

NSW tradies will issue the right contract more often if the path is short, shaped around the job, and only asks what that hire needs.

Why it matters

Wrong or missing contracts turn into scope fights and unpaid invoices. Tradies will not grind through a legal form maze between jobs.

How I thought about it

I start from the job, not the document. Who hired you, what the work is, what needs agreeing on money and licence. Ask only that, and the right NSW contract falls out without a legal maze. The tradie gets a contract they will actually send, with scope and payment locked before they start, so they get paid what they are owed.
